As a reseller, you will be able to create new accounts for your clients and can provide each one with a separate Plesk- depending on the plesk account you buy. Once your purchase has been completed, you will be emailed with your Plesk login details and all the necessary information.
If you decide to change your package with a more powerful solution, all you need to do is to submit a new support ticket from your Client Area or contact us on our Live Chat. We will provide you with full information on the upgrade. The whole process can be seamlessly completed within minutes and without any downtime whatsoever.
You will be able to manage all created accounts from your Plesk graphical interface. They can also be accessed from your CLI via SSH. All details will be sent to you in a welcome email once your package has been activated.
